This item is not officially licensed... it is made by me.
The luggage tag size is 2.75" x 4" and 3/32" thick. They are FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) which means they are very tough. The image is printed into the surface with a process called sublimation. Its not a decal or sticker - the inks soak into the surface and are UV resistant. The colors are vibrant, long lasting and excellent quality.
For an additional $3 you have the option of adding your own picture. If you are having your tag customized a proof will be sent to you for approval... we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!
You can provide your personalized information to laura@sunrise-marketing.com If you choose to use the NOTES section of PayPal to provide info, it is recommended that you send a duplicate via email. It is important you provide your picture/info in a timely manner so that I can get started right away.
**PLEASE NOTE - If you do not send us the info you would like on the back of your tag, we will leave it blank. ALSO, proofs are only sent for custom tags... If the design of the tag is staying the same and you are just getting your personal info on the back, we copy & paste the info we recieve from you so please make sure it is correct before sending, you will not receive a proof.**
Please allow 2-4 business days for completion of your custom license plate, plus applicable shipping time, which may be 1-5 business days depending on your location. If your buying more than one item, don't check out until all items have been purchased. We will send you an invoice with all the items and shipping discounts!
Returns will not be accepted for this item... unless WE made a mistake, which we will then replace your item. So please carefully review your info before emailing it to us!
