    This auction is for a beautiful 3-story "cottage"(?) crafted by the late Malcom Cooper (1947 - 2001): "THE WHEATSHEAF, SOHO, LONDON", dated 1988. The base measures 1 3/4 x 1 5/8" & the peak of the roof is 3 3/4" high. Incredible detailing including: the shrubs, roof shingles, intricate stonework on the face of the bldg. & the patio, doors, windows, etc. Sorry: no box. LIKE NEW condition with no wear marks, chips or breaks!
