Winning bidder pays postage and insurance. Payment methods: PayPal only. If a significant mistake is made in describing an item, the item can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of purchase price (not shipping). After 7 days sale is final and no returns will be accepted for any reasons (see further details of return policy in eBay's return policy section below). If this is not acceptable to you, please do not bid. We reserve the right to cancel any bids that we feel are not placed in good faith (such as feedback issues or bidders we feel are not legitimate).

We charge estimated shipping and handling based on estimated weight from Zip Code 21093. You may look up postage and insurance costs at www.ups.com for shipments within the United States if this is important for you to know in advance. For Foreign customers you may look this up on www.usps.com. Please do not e-mail us for a postage quote before the auction ends. Items will be shipped via UPS insured for all orders within the United States. International orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS depending on value. We are not responsible for loss or damage to uninsured packages.

You will automatically receive tracking information directly from the carrier once your package ships. Be sure to check your junk mail box as this type of email frequently finds its way there. Due to our large volume it is simply not possible to answer endless requests for tracking information since it is automatically sent anyway.

Foreign bidders are welcome. However, we will not understate the value of the item nor declare it as a gift on the customs form. If this is unacceptable to you please do not bid.

Feedback will be left after you leave feedback for us. This tells us that you received the item and find it acceptable. Feedback is left on a weekly basis so it is not necessary to request it.

All purchases are professionally packaged and usually shipped within 5 business days of us receiving cleared payment. During a particularly busy week shipping may take an extra day or two.

We have provided the best quality and quantity of images that we are capable of providing. No others are available.

We will not accept any offers to end an auction early. We will combine shipping if requested.

Invoices: We list approximately 100 items per day. If you wish to pay based upon eBay’s automated invoicing system, your order will be shipped within 1 week of receipt of payment. If you plan on bidding on multiple items over the course of a single week and prefer to pay in a single invoice on Friday, please ignore eBay's invoice. You will receive a combined invoice from Diamond International Galleries on Friday. A new cycle of invoicing will begin each Monday.
