When measuring, I lay them flat, measure the width of each location and double, except for the lengths, which are not doubled.

My policy is if I have misrepresented something, or if there is something wrong with the merchandise, I will accept returns. However, this must be done within 3 days of receipt of the item. There will be a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price.
