Shipping and handling is free. Item is boxed or mailed in a padded or tyvek envelope to keep the item in new condition.

After which, a non-payer bidder alert will be filed. If payment is not received 17 days after the auction closes, the item will be relisted. If payment is received after that, it is at the discretion of the seller to substitute for like item.

Due to eBay/Paypal new rules, all international transactions will be mailed REGISTERED first class international. Buyer ONLY pays for the registered mail fee of $11.50 for a maximium of 5 purchases if all the items are paid with one Paypal payment. If each paid separately, $11.50 for each payment.
