1.All our shoes are brand new 100% authentic DS (Dead Stock) and comes with the original box. Please check out our feedbacks, we have been doing business with eBay since 1999 as a power seller. We are here to obtain buyers not dupe them, thank you for stopping by our site.

2. Payment MUST be received within 7 days of the auction closing date. (We have an automatic set up for nonpaying bidder alert and it will repost the item on the 8th day) This is ebay's policy in order for us to get back some of the final value fee and insert fees.

3. Payment must be made in the form of PayPal. We will NOT ship to any address other than your shipping address on file with Paypal. This is also PayPal protection policy. If so, we will refund your payment and you'll have to submit another form of payment.

4. We ship items out super fast within 24 hours or less in most cases upon receiving your payment Monday through Friday since there are NO UPS pick ups on the weekends.  This is UPS's policy. Please note the quick shipping is part of the shipping and handling fees. Meaning we have to pay someone to pack and DOUBLE BOX all the items to be shipped out within 24 hours or less. Attention buyers, we ship out of the east coast so it takes few more days to get to the west coast. Thank you for your understanding. 

6. Shipping & Handling $11.99 within the US.  All items within the US will be shipped via UPS. Shipping & Handling $14.99 for APO/FPO and PO box  addresses will be shipped via USPS priority mail. There will be a $6.00 surcharge for items going to HI, AK and PR via USPS for a total of $17.99.  We will prove you a confirmation tracking number which allows you to track your package online at www.ups.com or www.usps.com. Shipping & Handling to Canada via USPS is $40.00.  All other International shipping will be via USPS express mail for $48.00.  We will  ONLY ship EMS  since EMS is the only way to track international packages, besides you will get the item a lot quicker. Please note: Most tracking information data is transmitted in the afternoon or evening. You might not be able to view tracking information until the next day.

7. International Buyers  – Please Note: Import duties taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

8. Buyers please note in most cases someone  MUST  be there to sign for the package or otherwise your USPS mailman or UPS driver will just leave you an attempt notice.
