We try to ship

 out the within 3 days after payment  is made, however, there are times when problems arise and circumstances arise where we just cannot ship as fast.  There is only me and  occasionally I have one additional assistant working.  I have a family and I do the very best I can.  I ask that you support my business and my family and have patience if we ever have a problem that arises.  I will contact you if we think it will be longer. We go as fast as we can. International shipments may take a couple days longer to get out depending on the volume of international orders. We live in a rural area and try to get international orders out at least twice a week if not more. If you are in a particular hurry for your order, please let us know and we will do our best to get your shipment out early.  Thank you.

A refund will be given only if the item has been grossly misrepresented.  If you do not ask questions and are bidding on the item based on the description given,  However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will make every attempt to make you happy and work out an amicable solution. Refunds will not be given if the item does not fit and accurate measurements are given. Only the purchase price of the item will be refunded, no shipping charges refunded. All refunds take 1-2 weeks for processing but may be earlier, depending on the number of refunds at the time yours is received.
