Payment policy
After 4 days of non payment, a nonpayment will be filled with ebay. I will email you several times giving plenty of opportunity to pay. I understand sometimes problems come up, please contact me and we can work it out before filling a nonpayment with ebay. After 4 days of the nonpayment claim and you still have not paid, I will file a non payment strike against your account. Please do not bid, or send a "Best Offer" if you are not willing to pay. I know times are tough now, but I have had a LOT of unpaid items lately . Please contact me immediately if there is any problem with payment. Thank you.
Shipping information
Shipping is USPS parcel post 2-9 day unless otherwise stated. I normally ship within 2-3 days of payment cleared, and pack items carefully for shipping. I will combine the shipping for anyone who purchases more than one item from me, as long as it fits in one box. If you need it faster I can ship priority mail, next day, fed ex, ups....just ask and I can get you a rate. The ebay shipping calculator is not always correct, if you notice an error please contact me directly via email and I can get you a correct shipping price. I do ship worldwide for most of my listings, please contact me for correct shipping rates. Any and ALL shipping fees are the buyers responsibility. Puerto Rico and Hawaii pricing varies sometimes , please double check if you are in these states, and if free shipping is in the listing, It does not include free shipping to these states. Also no free shipping outside the USA.
Return policy
Please ask plenty of questions before bidding or buying, so there will be no need for returns. I will take a return ONLY if you contact me within 2 days of receiving the item. Then I will ask you to ship it back to me, return shipping fees are paid by the buyer. The item must be returned back to me within 10 days. You must provide me with return shipping information the day the package is shipped. If these return rules are not followed I will not take the return. I will not take returns because an item does not fit, I wrote good condition but you think it is fair condition, or you THOUGHT it was something different. I list plenty of photos, and details in my listings, if I have left something out please ask me Before bidding. I will not cancel a transaction because a listing was not read thoroughly. Please don't threaten me with negative feedback, it wont work! I encourage everyone to email me if they have any questions on any of my listings. I list with full details and photos, and list honestly and fairly.
Feedback
Feedback will be left once feedback is received. Please leave feedback honestly and fairly . I have had some unfair feedback in the past and would like to stop this from happening again. Ex; someone thought a platter was silver, although listing didn't state silver, I took return and gave full refund anyway. Ex; Someone's package got lost by usps for a month, I gave them full refund. Ex; someone had to pay $1.30 extra postage due by post office, and left me negative feedback. Please do not abuse the ebay feedback system. Please leave honest feedback, not feedback in retaliation or anger. Answer all feedback honestly and fairly. And Please... Do not threaten me with negative feedback in exchange for getting your way!!
