Garment length is from the back neck of garment to the bottom of the garment. The measurements are approximated to the half inch and provided as a guide. These measurements can sometimes vary up due to different measuring methods and variations in sizing methods. Many times the actual waist and inseam measurements can be very different than the tag on the item, especially for used clothing.
