We ship international orders by DHL directly from our Hong Kong Warehouse. It normally takes 3-5 working days to reach the recipient depending on the location.
We arrange the shipment within one working day after the payment is cleared by our side as long as buyer's PayPal account is verified or shipping address is confirmed by PayPal.
Postage and handling fee above does not include any remote area fee.
For addresses listed in: http://raslist.dhl.com/jsp/first.jsp, there will be an extra US$35.00 remote area fee applied.
Attention: Delivery time does not include weekends and public vacations.
We are NOT liable for ANY import tax, customs fee, or customs delay. If the parcel is return back to us due to the buyer's refusal to pay the above fee, we would NOT resend the parcel until the buyer complete those fees and pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund based on the above reason.
We will try our best to help our buyers to minimize the risk of paying the taxes, as our experience, 92% can reach to the buyer without paying any taxes, such as stating the item as sample or gifts, but you still find the price is lower than standard even you are chosen to pay the Customs!

Warranty and Return Policy
1. Standard 7 day return policy:
If you do not like / are not satisfied with an item within 7 days, starting on the day after the day on which you took delivery, you can return the item for a refund or an exchange providing it is in a perfect and resalable condition. You are liable for all return carriage costs in relation to returns / cancellations. The product must be returned in the condition it was received. We reserve the right to refuse returned items or deduct a 15% restocking fee if they have evidence of installation, user abuse or are not in a resalable condition when returned.
2. Manufacturer's warranty:
Beyond this 7 day period, you are covered under the manufacturer's warranty which is typically 1 year. please note the buyer is liable for all return carriage costs in relation to returns. If your product becomes faulty during this period, you should contact us via email to receive technical support in the first instance. We will then arrange for your item to be repaired or replaced or provide details of the manufacturers local service center.
If goods returned under this clause are found to be in full working order, an inspection fee of USD 20.00 along with the cost of carriage will be charged to you before the goods can be released.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A VALID RETURNS NUMBER.
Any items are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you to take care when returning items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed & adequately packaged. Items that arrive back damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packaging will not be accepted. These items will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense.
