(DEAD ON ARRIVAL)Warranty covers all items that are D.O.A.( Dead On Arrival ) The warranty covers only in the case of manufacturer's defects The customer must contact us within 7 days upon arrival of the product The manufacturer will decide if the problem is a manufacturer's fault All packaging materials like manuals, warranty cards, box, and accessories must be sent back with the item The item must be sent back using one of the following shippers. [EMS, FedEx or UPS] The buyer is responsible for the item till we receive them. Please provide us the tracking number upon shipment Return shipping will only be refunded after the manufacturer approves the warranty. Please contact us before sending back the package
MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTYAll items carry the manfacturer's 1 year warranty We have a very very low return rate however for the unfortunate event that you would like your product to be serviced, please send us back the item with the warranty card The manufacturer will decide if the problem is a manufacturer's fault Only the item requiring repair are to be sent back with the provided warranty cards The item must be sent back using one of the following shippers.
