We will ship your order within 48 hours after confirmation of your payment
information. Tracking information will be emailed to you when it becomes
available.
Note: We will not be shipping to Post Office addresses
(P.O. Box/APO/FPO). Exceptions may apply but
to avoid disappointments, please check before placing orders.
*If customer decides to cancel an order, or reject a parcel while the parcel has
already been dispatched, customers are responsible to cover the cost of postage
fees( both ways). *
- Import Tax/Duty, Shipping & Return Policy
The item may be
subjected to customs import tax/fee when it enters your country. For the
international buyers, you need to responsibility in case there is some import
tax/fee to pay.
The transaction does not include any tax or duty. In some countries, applicable
import duties might be imposed. We will put legal effort to minimize such fees.
We do not promise but we try our best to reduce your tax or duty upon buyer's
request.
If buyer rejects the item upon arrival due to TAX/DUTY reasons, we will charge
buyer 5% handling fee. Buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping. We do
NOT refund shipping and insurance charges.

- Return Policy
We offers a 7 days exchange policy only if the
item sold is found to be defective by the manufacturers. The defective item will
be exchanged for the same model only if the return guidelines are followed: The
item must be returned in NEW condition and with all the original manufacturers
packaging, including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals and blank warranty
cards and copy of customer sales invoice. All returns must be boxed and packed
securely for shipping. Replacement items will be exchanged within 7 days from
the day the customer received the original item. After the return period has
expired, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your
equipment. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Shipping and
insurance charges are not refundable. Some images are for illustrative purposes
only.
Please note that our company is under NO
obligation to send replacement/issue refund, for shipments/orders that are
signed and delivered to the shipping address specified by the customer.
- After-Sales Support
-This product comes with our standard 12-month
warranty.
-We are responsible only for defects caused by
manufacturers. We cover only the labour charges and
costs of parts needed to repair the defective item.
-The service does NOT cover the following damages:
cosmetic damage, damage due to acts of God,
accidents, misuse, abuse or negligence.
-The service is given only to the original buyer. It
becomes invalid when the item is sold to others.
Notes: If accidental damage is found during repair,
the entire repair cost plus two way postage will
have to be paid by the customer before the product
is returned.

- Conditions of Use
-If an order is placed for an item with an
erroneous price, and the erroneous price is less than the cost price of the
item, we reserve the right to offer to process the order at cost price or the
opportunity for the customer to cancel the order.
-Prices on orders for
out-of-stock or pre-release items are valid for one week after the order is
placed. If the price changes when stock becomes available customers will be
informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity
to cancel the order.
