Q: What is the shipping
and insurance cost? Is there any discount on multiple item
purchase?
A: Shipping options and costs are listed in eBay's
corresponding section right below auction description. Some
international shipping rates are not listed. Please email
us for shipping rate quote.
We have some free
shipping listings for promotion. This is for
Continental US and Canada Ground
shipping only. Hawaii and Alaska are required
extra surcharge with a discount for free shipping items.
Free shipping does not include
international destinations. Please be aware that
in case you need to return the product you purchased, you
will need to pay for the shipping costs and we will deduct
the original shipping charge even if regardless it's free
shipping or not.
Combined shipping
discount is available if you purchase multiple items. Please
contact us before you pay and we will adjust the shipping
charge amount in the eBay invoice.
All Canadian
orders will be shipped from Ontario, Canada, regardless
it's listed on eBay US site or eBay Canada Site. Canadians
will not be charged for the customs duties and/or brokerage
fees by the carrier. We will collect GST and PST (Ontario
only) instead. For US customers, in case your item is shipped
from Canada, we will pay all the duties and brokerage fees
in advance and you will not be charged a penny for the customs.
Q: What are your store warranty, payment, shipping
& return policies?
A: We have five
(5) year warranty on all new microscopes and one (1) year
warranty on all accessories and parts. Please check our
eBay
store policies for payment, shipping, return and
warranty policies.
Attention: RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number and return instruction must be obtained
via email before any returns. Return without a RMA number
will be rejected and may cause significant delay for the
processing.

for the buyers and what if I am not satisfied with the transaction?
A: We are happy to leave feedback for our customers
once we have been paid and the item has been delivered to
the carrier. We would appreciate that once you receive your
item, you also leave us feedback. We strive to be a 5 star
seller. Your feedback is critical to our success on eBay.
