Shipping Carrier: We ship through UPS and FedEx. Additional cost of $6 per cartridge/drum or $0.5 per ink is required for shipment to the above addresses via USPS Post Office.

90 Days Unconditional Warranty Against Defect!
***Returns without RMA authorization will not be
accepted. Please contact us first to obtain RMA # before sending back
any returns.
Defective or Shipping Mistake: We will issue
RMA# and a prepaid return label for the item to be sent back to us. All
replacements and refunds will be processed within 2 business days. The
warranty does not cover the replacement.
Wrong item Ordered: Any unopened
remanufactured/compatible toners within 90 days of purchase may be
returned. A 15% restocking fee will be charged if the item is opened. If
the genuine OEM product has been opened, even within 90 days of
purchase, we WILL NOT accept the return. If the 90 days has passed,
returned shipments will not be processed. All return shipping fees of
wrong items ordered are to be paid by the buyer. Original shipping
charges are non-refundable; we will deduct the actual shipping cost we
paid to the carrier (i.e. FedEx, USPS, etc) from your refund.
Undeliverable or Wrong address: Please make sure the shipping
address is correct and complete. If the wrong shipping address has been
provided to us, we are able to reroute the package even after it has
been shipped out, but not after it has been delivered. An $11 rerouting
fee will be charged to the customer for every reroute that needs to be
scheduled. Reroutes will not be done unless this fee is paid for. If
your order was shipped back to us due to an undeliverable address or
refusal by someone at the delivery address, reshipping fee is required
to reship the package. Original shipping charges are non-refundable; we
will deduct the actual shipping cost we paid to the carrier (i.e. FedEx,
USPS, etc) from your refund.
