THIS ITEM IS ONE SINGLE BRACELET, engraving is NOT an option through this EBAY listing. With your order, please send a note specifying color preference BLACK, OLIVE DRAB, OR TAN (SEE PHOTO). Also, I'll need your exact wrist measurement. Take this measurement snug against the skin. I'll be adding to this measurement when I build the bracelet to provide your custom fit. DO NOT ADD TO YOUR EXACT MEASUREMENT OR YOUR BRACELET WILL ARRIVE TOO LARGE! THANKS.
A 3/8" x 1" firesteel is seamlessly integrated in the loop/toggle clasp system. The scraper plate is 304 stainless steel with a polished finish. This is not just a “passable” scraper, it meets my specifications specifically for this item and scrapes as well as anything I’ve used before. The scraper measures is just over 1/2" wide and just under 2" long. You can easily remove the scraper to peform your own modifications, have it engraved at your local tropy shop, put an edge on it, paint it, polish it etc.. In a pinch, it can be used as a reflective signal device. Jute is an amazing tinder and is “replenish able” an unlimited number of times for pennies (see videos section of this site for how-to on removal and re-install). Lost without your gear? The jute and scraper can be removed without tools, and the firesteel is functional while still attached. Bracelet uses 20% more paracord than the ubiquitous cobra weave. The weave is much easier to untie than other options, allowing quicker access to paracord for shelter building, snares and other survival purposes. With the scraper and jute removed and the bracelet left Intact, cords (such as shoelaces) can be attached at the ends to make a passible rock sling for hunting!
The B.S.B. – Best Survival Bracelet; all others are just B.S.! The Paracordist puts survival in the paracord “survival” bracelet! Finally survival bracelets that can actually help you survive!

If you have ever seen some of my paracord work (Google "Paracordist"), you’ll recognize that I always seek to be innovative and unique. I rarely do paracord “survival bracelets” because I find most of them boring to make and typically lacking any real utilitarian value. Sure with some effort on the most common bracelets, you could untie it and get 10’-12’ of paracord. If someone wandered away from camp and got lost with empty pockets, the clothes on their back and their paracord bracelet, they could use the cordage to save valuable time in rigging a shelter. What about fire? Do you think the average person is realistically going to use the paracord to make a bow drill fire? In the spirit of Paracordist innovation, I’ve been thinking about making a truly unique AND useful bracelet for some time now. How could I integrate firesteel, scraper and tinder? What about I.D. and/or critical medical information that could make the difference between life and death? How can I get more cord in a typical bracelet yet make it easy to untie? How can I do this and make it attractive, comfortable, renewable, affordable and suitable for everyday wear? Well here it is! I think I’ve done all that and more!

The scraper plate is stainless steel with a heat treat patina. This is not just a “passable” scraper, it is made to my specifications specifically for this item and scrapes as well as anything I’ve used before.
Plate can be engraved or decorated (NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH ME) with I.D. info or critical medical info.
Double thread of jute runs through top of bracelet (approx. 16") it is only on top so not uncomfy to the wrist. Jute is an amazing tinder and is “replenish able” an unlimited number of times for pennies (watch this how to: http://youtu.be/cgRfNTY-fQ4). Lost without your gear? The jute and scraper can be removed without tools, and the firesteel is functional while still attached.
Bracelet weave uses about 25% more cord than a cobra stitch of the same length (unless of course you use cobra back and forth until you have an absurd thick and uncomfy bracelet)
Single cord construction, easily unravel
The bracelet can be used as a rock sling; just securely knot additional cord to each end. The bracelet is 1" wide, so not a typical sling pocket but it will work with carefully selected rocks.
