Local Sportsbar in Sunny St. Pete Beach, FL. Our clientele first and foremost is our locals, but we are directly across from the majority of the hotels on the beach. Our prices are the best around which keeps our friends consistently coming back for more. It's a full liquor bar with a 4 cop license, offering 16 t.v.'s, fooseball, pool, darts, golf, megatouch, and a bowling machine, we have a 50/50 split with the vending company. The lease is reasonable and has renewable options at 5 year intervals. We've been in business seven years at this location, but its time for the owners to head to Belize. And its a great opportunity for the right person. The business has done well and continues to do well even during the oil spills.
