- Defective Items:
A defective item may be returned (for repair or replacement if it’s not fixable) within 15 calendar days from the date the item was received. If the phone is not fixable and an exact replacement is not available, customer will be offered a store credit toward a future purchase or a full refund, whichever is preferred by the customer. If a problem happens after the 15 days period you can contact the manufacturer or visit their website to check their warranty policy. Please note that the manufacturer warranty varies from one manufacturer to another. Shipping charges are our responsibility if the device is defected.
Cell Phones: Please note that the warranty is voided once the phone is unlocked. If the phone is never locked (factory unlocked), then the manufacturer warranty is still valid
If an order was received and for whatever reason the customer would like to return the item, there is a 7 days window to do so starting from the day the item was received. If the item is used, a restocking fee will be applicable 15% to 35% depending on the usage and the condition of the device and accessories. If not used, the item must be in a resalable condition (accessories are still sealed and device's stickers are attached) restocking fees of 5%-15% are applicable. Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility in this case.
Dust and Dead Pixels:
We do check and test our items before we ship however human errors can take place and we are not responsible for any dust behind the screen. However if a device has more than 5 dead pixels then the item will be considered “defected” and will fall under the defective items policy listed above.
Uprage / Downgrade Firmware of Operating System:
We are not responsible for any problems or issues related to the customer upgrading or downgrading the item’s operating system or firmware. In this case the item will not be eligible for exchange or refund. Any upgrading, downgrading or any altering of your device is “at your own risk”.
RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Number:
Anytime an item is to be returned to us, for whatever reason, the customer must first contact us and obtain an RMA number for the transaction to be processed and tracked. Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and are never refundable unless we made a mistake and we shipped the wrong item or the item is considered defective.
