You are bidding on an early pair of eyeglasses. These are marked are the bridge piece "Hardy" and a symbol that looks something like an "H" with curved sides. The "H" has a "1" above the horizontal bar and a "2" below it. The lenses have holes drilled in them where the frames are screwed on. The frames appear to be gold but I found no makings indicating such. Interestingly I found the glass lenses to be basically flat with little to no "correction". The case is in good condition and looks to be from the period and is from N L Sanders, Optometrist, Monon, Ind.
Actual cost shipping plus $1.50. I am putting up several other pairs of vintage glasses and will be glad to combine shipping. Your purchase price, but not shipping, refunded if these are returned. I have marked these glasses as from the 1920's but I really have no idea when they were made. If you are aware of any corrections necessary in this listing or if you can add anything, please let me know.
Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
