* Shipping Time
Please expect four to six weeks for shipping furniture. Please note... furniture items takes longer than items put in a box and mailed at the Post Office or UPS
* Shipping Carriers
Our Antiques are shipped by one of the following...
- Freight (available to most areas ~ delivery to door)
- Blanket Wrap (available in many areas~delivery inside.)
- UPS (smaller items)
- GPX (Terminal to Terminal, customers picked up at shipping terminal nearest his home)
* Other Shipping Information
Buyer is responsible for shipping and packing costs. **Assembly required on some armoires. (Very easy to do. Instruction given over the phone if necessary.)

Information for Our Customers
Please
examine the pictures and ask questions BEFORE bidding. You are
important to us and your question is usually answered within 12
hours M-F. We are happy to help you select special pieces for
your home or office.
When bidding on antiques
or vintage items remember they are not new pieces and may show wear. If
you want to know more details regarding a piece, please ask
question.
Antique and vintage
pieces may have some imperfections and distress from age and use. These
are characteristics of an antique. The reasons people desire to buy
antiques is generally found in their uniqueness, higher quality
craftsmanship and materials... as well as the wonderful antique patina.
Keys are old and locks
can be cantankerous. They are not guaranteed to work perfectly. Old
doors sometime slightly bow without latching in place. Anitques are
usually not perfectly level. Some mirrors are
replaced...some are beveled, others are not.
We usually
take pictures of our items in a studio especially designed for
photographs....with professional lights to depict the items and the
color as perfectly as possible. We cannot be responsible for the
differences in color that may occur on the large variety of computer
screens. Returns and/or Damage
Returns are very
rare.This is because we provide multiple pictures, detailed
written descriptions and request that our customers "ask
questions" before purchase. However, If you need to
return an item please notify us upon the receipt of the
item. You have 14 days to return your item. It must be
received back in the same condition as originally shipped. Upon receipt of the item, (in
same condition as shipped) we will immediately refund your total amount
paid, minus the actual original packaging and shipping cost and a 10%
restocking fee. The same conditions apply to all Free
Shipping Offers. If Free Shipping is offered...it is for the lower 48
States only. If you pay for your item...and wait more than 45
days to pay for shipping without written approval from our office,
and ask for a refund...restocking fees will be 25% of the purchase
price of the item.
In
the unfortunate event that shipping damage occurs...please retain all
of the packaging, boxing, crate and so forth. Notify us
immediately, because claims must be initially filed within two days of
your receipt of the item. We will arrange a pick up with the
shipper, at your convenience. Once the shipper receives the item
back and the claim is processed we will issue you a Full
Refund. If you are picking up your items you are required to bring your own packing materials...eg. blankets ~ cardboard ~ etc.
Payments
We accept Pay Pal. Lay A Ways are accepted. Payments
must be made according to the agreement made, or the item
will be returned to inventory without refund.
Applicable sales tax in Texas only.
Payment is due within SEVEN days of the auction closing.
