FAQs:

• We normally ship within two business days of receiving cleared payment.
• All orders are sent via Registered Mail only and your sign is required to receive them. It is not our responsibility if you are not at home and cannot pick up an order from your local post office.
• You are obligated to cover all our expenses related to reshipment in case the item has been unclaimed and/or you ask us to send it again.
• The online tracking of your orders is typically not available.
• Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 2-4 weeks. However it may take up to one month and a half to arrive. If the item is not received within one month and a half and considered lost, please contact us and we will issue a refund.
• We do our best to protect all our items in transit and typically use cardboard boxes to pack them. However, if a parcel does get damaged in the post please do not receive it. The packet will be returned to sender and we will issue a refund.
• We are not responsible for any GST, duty or import charges.
• We try to reply to each message. If you have any questions, feel free to ask before bid.
