It is made of cherry and painted. The top has a 3/4 length panel of stained glass in the Queen Anne style. There are 2 pieces of clear glass in the middle with panels of stained glass all the way around. There are no cracks or breaks and the colors are purple, red, yellow, blue and green. There is an ornate raised panel at the bottom. The front and back look pretty much the same. The ornate hinges and escution are present but 1 hinge has a missing corner, could probably still be used. Measurements are 26 inches wide, 79.5 tall and just over 1 thick. Overall it is in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. There is a small chip at one of the hinges. Please look at the pictures carefully. Ref: 11617 Shipping. Please inquire with you zip code and I will get you a quote quickly. Terms of Sale I accept returns only if my description is inaccurate. For example, if I pull an item from a building that I believe to be original to the house and it is later discovered to be a reproduction, or if I enter an incorrect measurement, I will allow the buyer to return the item. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch. About Us My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time! Thanks for visiting. Steve and Michelle Material: Glass
