This vintage decorative tile is a unique addition to any collection. Measuring 6 inches in length and 3 inches in width, this ceramic tile features a vivid teal glaze with an Art nouveau raised relief. The tile is handmade and original, manufactured in the United States in the 1890’s. The tile is unmarked, I believe it is probably either Trent or Providential.
This tile can be used in a fireplace surround or hearth design, in a kitchen or bathroom, or framed to enjoy as home decor.
This tile is in lovely condition for its age and feature intricate designs that can compliment many different home styles.
The tile represents a piece of art and home history and offers a great way to bring ambiance and patina into your home.
Because it is 120+ years old, there will be minor crazing, pits, and flea bites, but it is in remarkable condition for its age.
This tile is a part of a treasure of antique tiles recently discovered after 50 years in a NJ basement.
