Seller: bigsteveareno29 (3,761) 98.3%, Location: York, Pennsylvania, Ships to: US, Item: 381605492596 Description This is a great piece that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian Home. It is made of walnut and is mostly painted. It was originally in the Master Bedroom as a face to a his and hers closet with a built in vanity in the center. The center section is recessed into the wall. It is backed with a mirror with a washstand and drawers below. To either side are doors to access the closet areas. The doors are unpainted with carved panels above and below the beveled mirror. There is space for a drawer below each door. The originals are missing but we are including 2 antique walnut drawers that can be cut down to fit. The 4 legs have fluted pilasters and are topped with carved corbels. All 3 pediments are trimmed in egg and dart moldings. The central pediment has a carved panel across the breast. It would make a great linen cabinet, butlers pantry, back bar or closet. It measures 104.75 inches wide, by 98.75 tall. It is 19.25 inches deep. It disassembles to load into a van or pick up truck. The closet areas have no backs or sides as it was built into a recess. Overall, it is in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. These are not the original doors, they are from another damaged closet. They are antique and made of walnut. One of the center drawers is missing. All 3 mirrors are spotty and hazy. Please look at the pictures carefully. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch. About Us My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time! Thanks for visiting. Steve and Michelle Material: Wood
