Postage and Combined Postage:
The maximum postage is £5 and free postage for order over £75.
Combined
postage is only available to one payment. If postage doesn’t combine
correctly upon checkout, please contact us for a combined invoice before
submitting payment.
Delivery service and time:
All orders are dispatched within 24 - 48 hours (Mon- Fri). We will contact customer within 24 hours, if order can not be dispatched due to a problem.
Orders paid for on Fridays and during the weekend will be sent on Monday.
Please allow 1 - 5 working days (1st class), 2-7 working days (2nd class).
Please contact us, if you won't receive your order in 14 days, occasionally mails do go missing in the post.
Note: special delivery services can be provided, please contact us before order for postage detail.
Overseas deliveries will be sent by royal mail’s international airmail, the delivery time depends on airport checking and your local post service’s delivery time, normally it takes 5 - 14 days. If not receive order in 4 weeks, please contact us.
We
don’t send mails to all countries. To some countries customers have to
pay extra postage for international signed for, because many mails get
lost to those countries such as Italy. If you can not find your country
in our delivery list, please contact us for more detail.
Return Policy:
If you are not fully satisfied with our products, please return it within 14 days for refund. The return item must be unused and in its original package and condition.
