Shipping

Currently we only ship our items to 50 states in the United States. We plan to add more countries to our shipping locations in the near future.
We charge our customers the actual shipping cost.
We try our best to ship out your order from our Massachusetts warehouse on the same business day if order is received before 4PM EST. If you are located in New England area, there is a good chance you may receive your order next day.
We will send you the shipping tracking number after we print out the shipping label for your order. Tracking info may not be available until the evening after your package is handed to USPS or UPS.

Tax

Cable Matters is required to collect Massachusetts sales tax when your shipping address is in Massachusetts. Massachusetts sales tax rate is 6.25%.

Returns

Cable Matters offer a 100 % customer satisfaction guarantee. We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 30 days return policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
Please send us a message through Ebay message system to request for a RMA number. Please provide the following information in the message body: your ebay ID, ebay listing ID for items being returned and the reason for the return. Upon receiving your RMA request, Cable Matters will issue you a RMA number within 2 business days. Cable Matters will not accept returns without prior authorization or a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days.
We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you excluding the original delivery charges and 15% restocking fee for returns on electronic products. There is no restocking fee for cable and non-electronic products.
If item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days for an exchange and we will send you a new replacement.
When returning the product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. Cable Matters will not be responsible for any shipping loss. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with returns.
