Shipping is through USPS either first class or priority mail. For Heavier Items you can choose UPS. We will insure all fragile items. Shipping is weight and size based and we do combine shipping for multiple items. Shipping is done within 24-48 hours from payment received, Unless otherwise noted. Personalized items require a minimum of 1 week to ship.
International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Rush orders can be placed for Personalized items, but there is a $20 Rush Fee for all orders needed prior to shipping within the 7 business day time frame. Canada Shipments have the same guidelines as the United States as we can Ship straight from the Printers to your Address. However, International Personalization has a 7-10 Day Shipping Time due to it having to come to the store here before it can ship to you.
None of our printers will ship anything overseas, so we will need to do this for you. In this case there are two shipping fees, one from the printer to us, then the shipping from us to you. This is an estimated shipping, so if fees are More or less, you will be notified.
US Orders have a $1.50 Handling Fee, Multiple items have a $3 Handling fee, with Combined Shipping fees, even with FREE Shipping. International orders have a $3 handling fee for one item and $5 for multiple items, this is due to the fact that we have to hand write and hand deliver each package to the post office. Shipping on eBay will NOT be correct if doing combined shipping as they will take every items "shipped" weight and Just add them all together, instead of the individual items in one box, etc. Once you have finished shopping you can either request combined shipping through the invoice section or wait a little while and We will automatically combine the shipping with much reduced shipping rate. Depending on the above mentioned attributes.
SHIPPING ADDRESS HAS TO MATCH YOUR PAYPAL PAYMENT, WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THAT ADDRESS, SO IF YOU MOVED OR WILL BE, MAKE SURE TO UPDATE IT. IF WE SHIP IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, BUT IT WAS THE ONE PROVIDED, YOU WILL HAVE TO REPAY SHIPPING TO GET IT TO YOUR CORRECTED DESTINATION.

Candle Orders (unity candles, favors): to avoid melting during shipment due to high temperatures, we encourage the purchase of candles to be done prior to June 1. From June 1 - September 1, we recommend all candles be shipped using our express method to guarantee candles arrive safely. If express shipment is not selected at checkout and the item(s) arrives melted, the item will not be accepted for exchange, return or refund.
Please note: we do our best to specify processing times for each item. However, if a candle is in your order, it may be delayed beyond the estimated processing time. Candles are typically not shipped on Thursdays or Fridays during the summer months to avoid melting while in transit regardless if Ground or Express is selected. Packages remain on a high-temperature truck or warehouse during weekends/non-delivery days. We appreciate your patience as we determine the best shipping method and time for your order.
