Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from HobbySoup. We will gladly accept your return or exchange of unopened merchandise, in resellable condition, within thirty (30) days of the original delivery date. Due to restrictions placed upon us by product manufacturers, once an item is opened, all issues/questions regarding defective items, product inquiries and product warranties (including repairs, replacements or exchanges) are handled directly by the manufacturer of the item in question. We will be more than happy to assist you contacting the manufacturer. If you are unable to reach an amicable resolution with the manufacturer, do not hesitate to contact us and we'll help you out.

If there is an issue regarding damage due to shipping, contact us.

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). To obtain a RMA, contact us. At that time, we will agree upon what course of action will best satisfy your needs. You may choose between an exchange of a like item or refund. If you choose a refund, HobbySoup reserves the right to charge a 15 percent restocking fee, initial shipping costs incurred and yours to return the item will not be reimbursed. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. We will pay the return shipping only if the return is a result of our error.

If you are missing parts, contact us to request the parts instead of returning the entire order.

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for the goods after proof of delivery has been received. International customers will have 14 days to return merchanise purchased from HobbySoup. In the event of a return, the items must be in resellable condition and the customer assumes responsibility for the merchandise until delivered to HobbySoup.

During the Holiday Season, we extend our 30-Day Return Policy to cover any gifts that might be ordered. Orders placed from November 8th through December 31st may be returned until January 31st.

USPS will provide service to P.O. Boxes

Some orders shipped via FedEx will require a signature. If a signature is required, FedEx will attempt a delivery during their business hours of 8am to 5pm M-F and Saturday until 3pm. If you will be unavailable to sign for your purchase during those hours, please provide a work address or alternate shipping address in the following format:

Shipping Services Provided - Domestic U.S. and Protectorates

Free economy shipping to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Protectorates (delivery within 3-12 business days after order processing)

Free standard shipping to APO/DPO/FPO's (delivery within 18-32 business days after order processing)

$4.99 Flat Rate Expedited shipping is available and given priority. Expedited orders are processed the same business day if received by 2pm Central Standard Time. (delivery within 1-3 business days)

Overnight and Second Day shipping are also available and given priority. Overnight shipping is $24.99 per item and an additional $6.99 per pound. Second Day shipping is $12.99 per item and an additional $5.99 per pound. These orders are processed the same business day if received by 2pm Central Standard Time. Please request an invoice through eBay before checking out so we can add the service to your order. If you checkout prior to having the service added to your invoice, your order will shipped via Free Economy Shipping.

Shipping Services Provided - International

International Shipping is available through the United States Post Office and FedEx International.

We do not control the customs process in your country. Therefore, we do not guaranty delivery times. Duties and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. We will not declare less than the amount you paid. Customers are responsible for the goods after proof of delivery has been received.

Payment Policy

We want our customers to have the best shopping experience possible. Therefore, you can commit to multiple items before submitting payment and we can guarantee combined shipping if you submit a single payment for your items. We also will give you 7 days to pay for your item before we will submit an unpaid claim to eBay. Please do not commit to an item if you will continue to shop for that item on another site or in another merchant's store. We will not guarantee stock status until payment is received.
