buy-it-now price is for all 3 tickets (and NOT per ticket).
Please Note: All seats are consecutive, unless stated otherwise.
We process orders from many sites, and occasionally identical tickets are sold before this eBay listing is updated. In the event these tickets are no longer available, a Prime Time Stubs representative will contact you to offer comparable, or better tickets. If you choose not to accept the replacement tickets, you will be issued a full refund. In the event a listing is grossly under priced due to a system or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Shipping

We ship our tickets via USPS or FedEX. Winning bids and payments placed after 3PM Eastern, or during a weekend or holiday may ship the following business day. If you require tickets urgently, please contact us prior to purchasing.

Policies
|
- Delayed, Damaged or Lost Shipments: If
your order is delayed, damaged or lost during transit, please contact
us as soon as you are aware. Tracking information is provided to you and
it is your responsibility to ensure you receive your tickets on time.
If we shipped or emailed tickets within reasonable time, and you fail to
contact us prior to the event, we will not issue a refund. If you are
expecting tickets to be emailed to you, please check your spam folder.
In some instances tickets are emailed even when that is not explicably
stated in the description (this might be the case if your purchase is
within 7 days of the event). Please check the email account associated
with your PayPal account - and its spam folder.
- Refunds: All
sales are final. If an event is officially cancelled you will receive a
full refund minus the shipping costs associated with your order.
Postponed or rescheduled events cannot be refunded, as your tickets are
valid for the rescheduled date/time. Refunds for cancelled events will
be issued to the original payment method used. If you have not been
refunded for a cancelled event please contact us. In some instances the
original tickets must be mailed back to our office before a refund can
be issued. You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
- Rescheduled Events: Occasionally events
are rescheduled to a different time and/or date, this is beyond our
control and we are not always made aware. It is your responsibility to
be aware of this change. This information is readily available on the
venue's website. Your original tickets are valid for the rescheduled
time/date (even when they feature the old time/date). If an event is
rescheduled, please do not discard your tickets, as new tickets will not
be issued. If you cannot attend the event at the rescheduled time, we
will not refund the order (please see the refund policy above).
- Seating Chart: The
venue seating chart featured in this listing is provided by a third
party service whom generally provide the most up-to-date seating charts
available. We are not responsible for changes or errors in the seating
chart. Floor plans vary from show to show. Stage set up or sound board
locations can alter the seating layout. Venue seating is not within our
control, we therefore are not responsible if the venue changes a seat
location at their discretion. We are only responsible for the
information printed on the ticket itself. If you have any questions
regarding the seating location please contact us.
- Ticket Value: If
a price is printed on your tickets, it reflects the original ticket
price. We sell tickets at, above, or below the original box office cost
or face value. A ticket's value is based on market demand.
- Ticket Format: Many
of our tickets are in e-ticket format. This may not be specified in the
listing. If you prefer hard tickets, please contact us before making
your purchase, as we cannot cancel or refund an order based on the
ticket format. E-Tickets function the same as hard tickets, and will be
scanned at the venue for entry. Some of our tickets have the original
purchaser's name printed on them, this does not affect your ability to
use the tickets, as tickets are transferable and the original
purchaser's ID is not required for entry. All tickets are guaranteed to
be valid and issued for the seating location specified on the ticket.
- Age-Restricted Events: Some
events require attendees to be a certain age. An ID (for
age verification only) may be required for entry. This may not be stated
in the description.
- In-Hand Dates: Occasionally we
sell tickets that are not available for immediate delivery. We try our
best to note the delay in the description, but sometimes it is missed.
Although ship delay is beyond our control, we guarantee you will receive
your tickets before the event.

All Sales Are Final.
Event dates and times are subject to change without notice. Refunds are issued only if the event is officially canceled. Orders for an event which has been postponed or rescheduled, cannot be refunded - please contact us for consignment options.
To receive a refund on a canceled event, please ensure you
contact us within 10 days following the canceled date. Additionally, the original tickets must be
mailed back to our office before a refund can be issued.
