I have had some questions about how to attach the PET film to the glass. it is self adhesive and is basically a big sticker. You need to peel off the backing to apply.
The photo below shows my preferred method to get the backing started to peel off. Put 2 pieces of scotch tape in the corner, one on each side of the film and use the tape to start pulling the backing off the film.
The backing is clear and the PET film is green.
