- DowntownTickets does not sell obstructed view seats without proper disclosure. This said unless clearly noted otherwise these are not obstructed view seats.
- DowntownTickets does not buy or trade tickets on the open market. To ensure our ticket inventory is authentic we only obtain our inventory from bonded and secured sources such as the box office.
- Seat numbers are only disclosed to the buyer post payment to ensure buyer and seller privacy. Your seats are guaranteed to be side by side.
- PayPal is the only method of payment. You can pay through PayPal using a
credit card, debit card, or bank account.
- All Sales are Final, there are absolutely no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. Double check your purchase, plans, event date, etc before you make the purchase. We take pride in filling your order with perfection in a timely manner. No exceptions!
- If you event is postponed to another date your tickets are valid for the new event date, if your event is canceled your ticket purchase will be refund once the tickets are returned within the time-line we will provide to you upon this happening. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

All tickets, unless noted otherwise in the description, are in hand and will ship the same business day for orders received prior to 3pm EST.
We Ship to the USA at following flat rates:
FREE - FedEx 2nd Day Delivery (2nd Business Day)
$15.00 - FedEx Overnight Delivery (Next Business Day)
We Ship to Canada at following flat rates:
$20.00 - FedEx International Delivery (1-3 Business Days)
We do not ship to other countries
DowntownTickets will provide you a detailed receipt with your delivery confirmation or tracking number immediately via email upon order processing. A delivery confirmation is provided by USPS and does not provide online tracking whereas FedEx delivery options provide you full detailed online tracking information. Many packages will require signature, we reserve the right to adjust your delivery method to accommodate a timely and safe delivery.

Return Policy

All Sales are final. No Exceptions!
All event dates and times are subject to change without notice. Refunds are issued only if the event is officially canceled and not
postponed or reschedule for another date. Full auction price, less
shipping charges, will be provided for officially canceled events.
For
officially canceled events, refunds must be requested no later than 10
days after the scheduled event date. Tickets must be mailed back to our
office to receive refund.
