12 oz. asparagus, 16 oz. beef tenderloin, 4 oz. jasmine rice, 1/2 cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce, 3 tablespoons honey, 2 teaspoons salt,1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation:
Cook the jasmine rice according to the package directions. In a large saucepot over medium-high heat, bring 8 cups of water and 2 teaspoons of salt to a boil. Trim and discard the tough ends of the asparagus, setting aside the remaining asparagus. Pat dry the beef tenderloins with paper towels, seasoning each with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper on both sides.
Cooking:
2 pounds ground round, 2 eggs, ⅔ cup panko bread crumbs, 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger, 2 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon salt
For the Sauce:
1 cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki, ¼ cup water, 2 teaspoons cornstarch, 2 green onions

For the Meatballs:
Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with foil. Combine all meatball ingredients until well mixed. Form the mixture into approximately 1½-inch balls using a 1½ tablespoon cookie scoop, yielding about 42 meatballs. Place the meatballs on the lined baking sheet and bake for 10-13 minutes.
For the Sauce:
In a 4-quart pot, combine all sauce ingredients (excluding green onions). Simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken. Add the cooked meatballs to the pot and toss until they are evenly coated with the sauce. Serve the meatballs on a platter with toothpicks for an appetizer or over rice for a complete meal.

Preheat oven to 400º F, grease a baking dish., Combine potatoes, carrots, and plums in the dish. Pour a mix of orange juice and ½ cup Soy Vay over., Bake covered for 20 mins, then uncovered for 25 mins., Caramelize onions in olive oil, add 6 tbsp Soy Vay, mustard, and apricot preserves., Sear and season chicken, place on a baking sheet, pour onion sauce over., Bake for 30 mins, basting every 15 mins., Serve family-style, garnish with chives.
Ingredients: 1 bottle (21 oz.) Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1 cup brown sugar, 4 salmon fillets, 1 lemon, thinly sliced, Fresh rosemary
Preparation: Combine Veri Veri teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, and orange juice in a large resealable plastic bag. Shake to mix. Place salmon in the bag and let it marinate in the fridge for 2 hours. Discard any leftover marinade when ready. Soak a cedar or alder grill plank in water for 30 minutes. Thinly slice the lemon.
Cooking: Preheat a charcoal grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat., Arrange fish on the plank, skin side down., Sprinkle with fresh rosemary and add lemon slices., Place the plank directly onto the grill grate, close the lid, and cook for 20 minutes until the salmon is opaque, flakes easily with a fork, and has an internal temperature of at least 145°F., Serve immediately.
