Products sold with a Manufacturer or Direct Warranty must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement. All products must be returned in the original packaging including all accessories and documentation that shipped with the product. Returns must be packaged appropriately to avoid damage during transit. Product(s) damage during transit will invalidate both the warranty and RMA.
