To complete this transaction, the winning bidder is responsible for the THE WINNING BID plus the fees below:

Please note that the resort transfer fee and the closing fee amounts specified in this listing are to be considered approximate.

The closing of this transaction will be handled by Timeshare Resale Closings Services (BBB Rating A-) or by another US reputable closing/escrow company with well known experience of transferring timeshare properties purchased on the resale market.

**To initiate the transfer process, the buyer will have to deposit into an escrow account with the closing company ONLY the closing fee mentioned above.
This payment should be made within 3 days after the auction has ended. **
