Description
Have you been looking for that Survivor Chicago Coin Wood Rail Pinball? This is it, a 1947 Chicago Coin Play Boy wood rail pinball machine. It is by far the nicest original early pin we have had. The cabinet is beautiful, and it is 100% original. It would make a great addition to your collection. It is a consignment that is owned by a local family who had it for years in their rec room. It is known as a flipperless pin.
The pin is a really good example of 40's pinball styling. It is certainly one of the most attractive from this period. Note that this pinball does not play, but probably doesn't need much. Also note this has the original wiring and the zip cord like most of these should be replaced. The sides are excellent when you consider the material and age, and it has always been in a dry environment. We have the keys as well.
The good news is that this machine is a survivor. They are only original once. The dome is in great shape and is glass. Please look carefully at the photos before bidding and best of luck in the auction.
Best of all, there is NO RESERVE. We will let the market determine the value on this RARE piece.
Now for the fine print: Because of it’s age and the above, it is sold strictly as-is-as shown. That being said, please see my feedback and bid with confidence. These are meant for occasional use and not for continuous or bar usage. In addition, there are scrapes and scuffs on the box as you can see in the photos. The good news is that they reproduce most of the parts in the event of a problem, and there are many people that repair them. This example would make a great addition to anyone’s rec room, bar room, media room, or arcade.
