1906 ANTIQUE SINGER SEWING MACHINE
A treasure for a collector - or for the serious sewer. The machine is complete and can be used.
Research, including its serial number, show it is a Model 28, one of a run authorized Jan. 2, 1906, and manufactured at Elizabethport, New Jersey.
Many of the machines of that era were manufactured with no drawer or up to five. This one has seven. The scrool work is very ornamental, including the drawer sides and front.
The machine comes with assessories for this model. There is also a wide selection of other assessories. Some come in a box which was originally with the machine, the box in worn condition.
New belt has been purchased for it.
The knob on one drawer is missing, but the drawer is functional.
