SHIPPING DETAILS
Our items that have less than $2.99 shipping cost we are unable to provide tracking. Due to the USPS shipping regulations packages that are less than 1/2" in thickness do not qualify as a parcel. The package thick envelope is the only option that is available to us with paypal and ebay shipping and our minimum shipping cost under 4 oz is close to or more than the total sale price for most of those items.
We are shipping these items in an envelope reinforced with card stock with a postage stamp. Therefore; we are able to reduce your shipping costs. However: since there is no tracking please notify us if your item does not show up in a timely manner. Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Our combined shipping discount of $2.99 per additional item is not applied to listings where the additional item shipping cost for that listing is less than $2.99 because it trumps the cost that we have added for the additional item which is generally less. We will offer combined shipping discounts if you want to purchase items from separate ebay store listings. However; it must be done as a seller discount after the sale has been completed.
Send us a message telling us what items that you want and we will agree to a seller discount in advance. After you purchase the items, before you pay send us a message to ask for a combined invoice, and a reminder of our discount agreement. This reminder is important to avoid mistakes as we have many messages every day and will not remember them all. A listing with first class mail shipping advertised is generally for one item. If multiple items are purchased from that listing that make the weight over 13 oz we will send the package parcel post. USPS regulations only allow up to 13oz for first class mail. In some cases where the items will fit into a priority mail flat rate box or envelope, we will send them priority mail, since the rate will be comparable, and the shipment will be delivered to you faster. This applies to multiple items purchased from listings advertised as first class or parcel post mail. We try to get the products to you as fast and safe as we can within the shipping amount that we have to work with.
Please keep in mind that shipping is not just about postage. Shipping materials have to be accounted for either in the sale price or the shipping price. We have them in the shipping price so that we can have lower shipping costs for additional items. Sometimes the shipping material can cost and/or weigh more than the product. If that cost is included in the sale price you pay it for all additional items when almost the same shipping materials can be used to ship multiple items. We generally do not purchase shipping insurance, but we do find ourselves at times replacing merchandise that the postal service has damaged or lost, we do not think that the buyer should have to take this loss as they are already distressed.
