Shipping

Jax Music Supply offers free shipping on most items. No minimum order size! Free shipping is valid only in the United States and may vary for Alaska and Hawaii. We also have a few items, especially smaller, low price items, that are not included in this offer. However, we offer low cost flat rate shipping on these items that is displayed with each listing.

International Shipping (including Canada). Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders. However, all of our items include a low, flat rate shipping pricing. Please be aware that some countries charge customs fees, taxes, and duties, when your order arrives. These fees vary by location and ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING CHARGES. Please check with your local customs office for more information on the fees in your specific area. If returned, we do not refund shipping charges, and may assess restocking fees to cover return shipping expenses. WE CANNOT ALTER PAPERWORK TO EVADE CUSTOMS FEES! THIS IS AGAINST U.S. LAW.

Please note that some items cannot be shipped outside of the US - including items from Tech 21 and Fulltone. Any item that cannot be shipped outside of the US will have the order cancelled and refunded. Items that cannot be shipped outside of the US are noted in their description.

Foreign orders take 4- 6 weeks to arrive. A little faster to Canada.

PO APO & FPO Addresses - No problem! However, some items may not be shippable to PO,APO,FPO addresses. We will alert you if there is an issue.

Express/Special Shipping Needs: Most orders ship the next business day and will arrive in the US within 2-4 business days. If you need it sooner, please call and we can arrange for faster shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse to ship any order and will refund any funds paid.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to the great majority of countries in the world. However, there are some countries that we do not ship to - mostly in Africa and Southeast Asia. To be sure, please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

Please note that not all items can be shipped internationally. We reserve the right to modify an order to remove those items that cannot be shipped outside of the US. This includes items from Tech 21 and Fulltone.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping in the US on most items is free. Any shipping charges that may be applicable (for non-US or special shipping items) are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day. Orders received by 9 AM EST will ship the same day. In the rare case that we have run out of stock on an item, we will contact you and give you the option to wait or cancel the order.

Jax-Music.com 60 Day "No Hassle" Return Policy:

If you are not happy with any of our products, please return them within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. 

Please include a note explaining the reason for the return, along with any information available regarding your order and return to:

Credit for return shipping will be evaluated on a case by case basis.  Please note that we will not give credit for any return shipping charge from foreign orders.  

Any returns that show damage due to abuse or excessive wear and tear are not covered under this return policy.  If there is any indication of electronic tinkering, "modding", or using the wrong voltage on an electronic item will not be accepted.  If an item is returned to us and then refused under this policy, it is up to the customer to pay to have this item returned. 

Please understand that Jax Music Supply reserves the right to revoke this policy at any time.
