Our suits are built to exacting standards, and inspected a dozen times for quality and accuracy at different steps in the build process.Your tuxedo will be delivered to your door step within 4 to 6 weeks of your order being placed. If you need your garments on a deadline you may ask for 3 weeks Expedited Delivery. This would move your order to the front of the production queue. The cost of this service is 50% of the normal price of the Suit being expedited.

We Guarantee for the perfect fit, more than 95% of our orders require no alterations. If anything less than perfect, we pay for the cost of your alterations, up to 30% of the purchase cost of your order.

We want you to be happy each time you shop with us. We offer you "absolute satisfaction " quality standards in addition to your automatic right of cancellation . This means that if you are unhappy with your purchase because of measuring error on our part, you can cancel the order and we will give your free replacement. We will accept returns for legitimate reasons if they are shipped to us within 14 days of you receiving an order. All Bespoke suits will apply 25% RESTOCKING FEE and Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE because they are unable to resale.

In our experience generally any customs duties would not be incurred in UK, US & Australia. However, we advice all customers to make their own enquiries to confirm possible liability for import duty/tax/fee and are responsible for any payments there of.
