1/2-wave antennas for Shure UA UHF wireless U4D U4S UC4
This is for a PAIR of BRAND NEW 1/2-wave UHF antennas which are a perfect replacement for hard to find, expensive Shure UA820A antennas.
I deal with a LOT of UA systems, and finding decent antennas is a real problem. The original Shure antennas are getting hard to find, and many will not stand upright anymore.
New ones from Shure are $32 EACH! I set off to find a suitable replacement, and have found a source of excellent 800Mhz 1/2-wave antennas. I added a right angle BNC adapter and ended up with a perfect solution. As you can see from the pictures, they are almost identical in size and depth to the original Shure antennas. It took a long to time to find a source for these and ship enough to verify that they indeed have worked perfectly for customers. After two years of supplying these with systems, I have had no problems reported.
As for performance, these are as good or better than the originals for the Shure UA, 782-806Mhz frequency spectrum.
I am an electrical engineer, and have tested and verified their performance.
Also, these will not wear out and droop, as they do not pivot. The right angle is rigid and well constructed of solid metal.
